Questions,
answered.
What people ask before they sign. If yours isn't here, the blueprint is the fastest way to a straight answer.
Short answers. Where it matters, the math.
01Who is this for?
Home service contractors across the trades: pressure washing, painting, roofing, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, remodeling, general contracting, tree service, concrete. Metro Detroit first. Solo operators through growth contractors with a small crew. Eventually multi-location.
Foundation tier today is built for solo operators who want their online presence to look as professional as their work.
02What does the blueprint look like?
Fill out the short form, and Lockr does the research and sends back a written report: listing health, review velocity vs. your competitors, geo coverage gaps, conversion opportunities on your current site.
No sales call required. If it makes sense to talk, we'll set it up. If not, the blueprint is yours to use.
03What do you need from me to get started?
Not much, and most of it happens off a call. Three things:
Platform access. You give Lockr manager access to the platforms we run for you. Your logins stay yours, we send the exact steps, no password sharing.
A short assets form. Business details, services, service areas, branding, and any job photos you've got. Covers most of it in one pass.
A few quick questions by text as we build, the small stuff only you know.
Two short calls and the form: one for your blueprint, one to set it all up. The rest is over text, on your schedule.
04What does Foundation include today?
A custom website built for your trade. Your local listings claimed and kept accurate across the major platforms. A dedicated business phone line that texts back when you miss a call, with Lockr handling the conversation in your voice, plus a chat widget on your site that does the same. A review request system, a referral engine, and your LeadLockr dashboard tying it all together.
That's all live today. Lockr is the face you talk to, and we're adding more behind him over time. Founding clients get each new lane as it ships, at the price they locked in.
Receptionist is in build now, answering texts so missed calls turn into booked work instead of lost leads. Presence, Field Ops, Invoicing, and Recruiter are on the way: your online presence kept sharp, support on the job, faster invoicing, and help hiring when you're ready to grow.
05What does the 72-hour guarantee include?
It covers what we control: your website. Once we've got your assets and platform access confirmed, your site is built and live within 72 hours. We also submit everything to the core platforms we manage (Google, Apple, Yelp, and the rest) inside that same window.
What we don't control is how fast those platforms approve and publish what we submit. Google, Apple, and Yelp run their own verification on their own schedule, so a listing going fully live can take longer, and that part isn't ours to promise. We get the work done; the platform's response is the platform's.
Miss the 72-hour window on the website, and your final payment is waived. No questions.
06What's the price?
Build fee is $999 right now. The first three spots at $499 are filled, and it climbs $500 every three spots until it ceilings at $1,999. Recurring is $249/mo, starting Day 91.
Your build fee covers setup plus your first 90 days of management. After that, $249/mo keeps everything running. Cancel anytime.
See Foundation for the full pricing breakdown.
07What happens if I'm not happy?
Tell us. We refund your most recent monthly payment and part ways. No conditions, no negotiation. We'd rather earn it than keep it.
Or, if you'd rather keep what we built, we'll help you take it with you, your site, your domain, your number. The full breakdown of both paths is here.
08What if I don't have a website yet?
Most contractors we work with don't have one they like. We build one.
09What if I already have a website?
We don't automatically replace it. If your site converts and looks professional, we leave it alone and tighten it up instead, making sure the SEO, schema, and conversion signals are dialed in.
If it doesn't convert, we build you a new one. If you love your current site and we can get access to the repo to clean it up, we'll do that instead. Whichever path makes sense, we'll be straight with you about it in your blueprint.
10Do I need to be on Jobber or a specific CRM?
No specific CRM, and you don't strictly need one at all. But it's worth understanding why a CRM makes a big difference.
Lockr gets a lot of its usefulness from job context, what work you're doing, for which customers, and when. With that, Lockr can pull up job details, tie reviews back to the jobs they came from, and actually know your customers instead of just reading messages. Without it, Lockr still works, it just works with less to go on.
If you already run a CRM, that's the ideal setup. Jobber integration is coming soon, with Housecall Pro and other major CRMs to follow as we build out connectors. If you're not on one, the lightweight LeadLockr CRM is included with every Foundation account at no extra cost, so you've got everything Lockr needs from day one.
11What happens if I stop paying?
If a payment doesn't go through, you get 7 days to square it up. No pressure, nothing changes.
After that, your account moves to offboarding and a 30-day clock starts. Your site stays live the whole window. By default, we hand over what moves easily: your website code, your data, and your domain pushed straight to your own account with your email records intact. To receive your domain, you'll need to create a free account on Name.com, otherwise we have nowhere to send it. On day 31, our hosting ends.
Want the white-glove version instead? Schedule a transfer call anytime in that window and we'll move everything and set it up live on your end, your site, your domain, and your business number ported out, not just handed over. Here's how both paths work.
Your website, your listings, your presence work, and your customer data are yours either way. The only thing that stops is the management and the AI running behind it.
12Can I sign up now, or do I have to wait?
You can start now. Foundation is live in beta, and beta seats come at founding-ladder pricing. Onboard now and you lock in the lowest rate we will ever offer.
As LeadLockr grows, founding clients get what's next first, plus a flat $2,000 credit toward whatever they add down the road.
13What's coming after the Foundation build?
Lockr is the face you talk to, and we're adding more behind him over time: keeping your online presence sharp, support on the job, faster invoicing, and help hiring when you're ready to grow. Receptionist is in build now.
We don't put dates on what hasn't shipped. Founding clients get each new lane as it goes live, at the price they locked in. Want first word? Join the waitlist.
14What is the $2,000 founding credit?
When you add more down the road, your founding spot takes a flat $2,000 off the cost, whether you paid $499 or $1,999 for your Foundation build. Every founding client gets the same credit.
On top of that, founding clients hold the cheapest entry price and a lower locked-in monthly rate, so they come out ahead at every step.
