LeadLockr billing is intentionally simple. No surprise charges, no auto-upgrades, no lock-in.
The build fee
When you sign up, you pay the build fee. The build fee covers your full setup and your first 90 days of service. It's paid in two parts: 50% on the blueprint call when you commit, 50% at the launch call when we go live.
The first three Foundation spots ($499) are filled. The current build fee is $999, and it climbs $500 every three contractors until it reaches the $1,999 ceiling. Once it hits the ceiling, that's the price, it doesn't go up further.
If we miss the 72-hour delivery deadline, the second 50% is waived.
Recurring billing
Monthly recurring kicks in on Day 91. Foundation tier is $249/month.
Recurring billing is automatic. We charge the card you signed up with on the same day every month. You get an email receipt every charge. Use Lockr as much as you need to, your monthly fee covers your AI usage.
Your first 90 days are included
Your build fee covers your full setup plus your first 90 days of service, so recurring doesn't start until Day 91. That's real time to see Lockr working on your business before you pay a monthly dime. The build takes 72 hours, then the system runs on your real leads and jobs for the better part of three months, plenty of runway to prove itself.
And if you're ever not happy, you're covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Tell us, we refund your last payment and part ways. No conditions, no checklist, no hard feelings.
Updating payment
Go to your dashboard, click your name in the top right, click Billing. You can update your card, change the billing email, or view your invoice history.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard billing settings. Your account pauses immediately, no recurring charges going forward.
Your site stays live for 30 days after cancellation. Your data stays accessible. After 30 days, the site comes down, but listings and any work we did for your business stay yours.
Leaving is its own clean process, and you get a choice in how you go: take a refund, or skip the refund and we help you move everything (your site, domain, and number) to your own setup. Here's exactly how that works.
Adding more later
As LeadLockr grows, you'll be able to add more down the road. When you do, your founding spot takes a flat $2,000 off the cost, whether you paid $499 or $1,999 for your Foundation build. Every founding client gets the same credit.
